Celebrating with a Birthday Project at Creative Embellishments

Today I am sharing a birthday celebration for my Daughter in Law. We all went out for dinner to celebrate and spend time together. We love these family get togethers when we catch up on our daily lives and anything new and exciting that is going on.

Supply List:
Creative Embellishment Products
Stamps: Distress corner, Paint splat trio
Paper:  The Rubber Buggy products - Maja Design Sommartider Collection
Other: sew easy ink roller, ink, misc rubon, lace
Flower /leaves: The Rubber Buggy products
Sketch: BeeCeeCreativity Bev Code

Following the sketch above I started with cutting the paper pieces in the shape, size and colours I wanted for the layers.

Removing some of the layers getting down to the back layer I am now ready to add some stamping in 2 colours for a great background texturing.

Papers are now layered back to sketch look making sure we can still see the stamped background. If things are just a bit too large just cut them down a bit to size appropriately.

Next up I treated the chippies with ink picking colours that match the papers.. .. mostly added pink but left some spots in natural colour for more colour and texture pops better.

In the close ups now you can see some of the other details... the floral rubons over round matted photo and the sew easy ink stitching on upper top edge.

The photo is matted and based with the 6x6 panel. The Happy Birthday title is placed just above the lace border.

One of the newest chippies - washi tape cluster is partially inked and placed amid the stamping and above is the floral with leaves cluster.

I love using circular photos with regular size photos to get more photos onto a page sizing  them down to fit better.

Thanks for stopping by.... be sure to visit often so I can share more products with you... but take a peek in the store for many other products that are available too.
